I've never had Beef on Weck till I moved downward here (odd, eh?). Anyways the ane served at the Fort Mill Boondocks Tavern is very good, as is the 1 at the original Tavern on The Tracks in Charlotte.

bmd51 Non necessary to arrive up, it'south a tavern at the Buffalo aerodrome. They take signs all over the place about the famous "Weck". The beefiness was fine, the bun was a common salt encrusted wet sponge. Offset impressions last a lifetime, then not likely to give that item detail another try.
